With its sleek, modern aesthetic, this kitchen by Additional Cabinets truly stands out from the crowd. The clients’ brief was for an inviting kitchen space that would cater for everyday family living. They also wanted the design of the kitchen to be practical with a striking appearance. The homeowners were eager to avoid clutter; it was essential that the space have plenty of storage and room to move.

The large pantries and under-bench cabinetry take care of the homeowners’ storage needs while also increasing access to the benchtop. The hotplate has also been lowered to ease the cooking process.

To achieve an outstanding aesthetic, it was necessary for Additional Cabinets to install cabinetry without any visible brackets or fixings, creating the clean appearance the homeowners desired.

The cabinetry is finished in a high-gloss two-pack, while the hard timber floorboards are made from French oak. The elongated, stainless steel handles on the drawers and cupboards, coupled with the Caesarstone benchtop in ‘Nova Aurora’, enhance the kitchen’s functionality and add a contemporary appeal.

The spacious, no fuss theme continues through to the bathroom, which was also built by Additional Cabinets. The Caesarstone benchtops and stainless steel handles continue from the kitchen into the bathroom, creating a smooth transition between each room.

The bathroom utilises a neutral colour palette, which ties in nicely with the remainder of the home’s design, creating a streamlined look. The mocha-coloured sandstone floor tiles in ‘mocha’ set the style and tone for the room, while the stone mosaic feature wall creates a striking accent and tranquil atmosphere.
